This week, the executive leaders of CEI Energética and Nebras Power QSC made field visits to NEC’s hydroelectric plants, where they were able to see up close the constant evolution that the company has been implementing.

In an unprecedented visit to Brazil, the CEO of Nebras Power, Mr. Khalid Mohammed Jolo, the Director of Business Development at Nebras, Mr. Faisal Al Siddiqi, accompanied by the CEO and founder of CEI, Mr. Romero Ferreira, and the CEO Nebras Latam, Mr. Adil Chenaf, flew over the plants located in Ouro Preto, Mariana and Santana do Riacho, visiting the plant facilities and having the opportunity to see the operations in situ.

A meeting was also held with the Government of the State of Minas Gerais, represented by the Secretary of State for Economic Development of Minas Gerais, Mr. Fernando Passalio, Mr. João Paulo Braga, president of Invest Minas – Agency for the Promotion of Investment and Foreign Trade of Minas Gerais, and Mr. Thiago Toscano, president of CODEMG. During the meeting, which took place in the Administrative City, possibilities for the Group’s investments in Minas Gerais were discussed.
